Virtual appointments are available statewide, including adults in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. AspireMed also serves Parkland, Coral Springs, and Tamarac, with appropriate in-person follow-up available at the Tamarac office.
Before your visit
You must be physically located in Florida at the time of the appointment. Have your medication list, recent results, and home blood-pressure or glucose readings available when relevant.
Insurance benefits and out-of-network coverage are verified before scheduling when requested. Self-pay care is available without a membership.

Can every concern be handled virtually?
No. Some symptoms require an examination, testing, urgent care, or emergency evaluation. AspireMed will recommend the safer next step when telehealth is not sufficient.
Can prescriptions be provided?
A physician may prescribe or adjust medication when legally permitted and clinically appropriate after evaluation. No specific medication or refill is guaranteed.
Is a request a confirmed appointment?
No. The office will contact you to confirm availability, visit format, fee, and any insurance verification.
