AspireMed's offers insurance and transparent self-pay options without requiring a membership. Patients may use participating insurance when available or choose self-pay for direct physician-led care.

Self-pay fees
The applicable visit fee and known add-on charges will be disclosed before a confirmed booking. Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, supplies, procedures, outside professional services, and facility charges may be billed separately when applicable.
Insurance
Insurance may be accepted only after the relevant payer relationship is active. Verification of benefits or eligibility does not guarantee payment. Patients remain responsible for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, noncovered services, and balances allowed by law and contract. Prior authorization is not a promise of coverage.
Good Faith Estimates
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, federal law may entitle you to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when you request one or when eligible services are scheduled sufficiently in advance. The estimate is not a contract and actual care or charges may change if clinical needs change.
